A 50% non refundable retainer is due at the time of booking; with the final balance due 14 business days prior to the event date.

We offer the option of adding our glassware, charger plates, china, specialty seating and many other luxury upgrades to your venue rental for an additional fee. White linen is standard with all rentals, but additional colors and textures are also available for an additional fee.

The Venue @ 14th & Pine is an Open Vendor Venue which means you are welcomed to use your favorite caterer or select one of our preferred vendors. Our clients are not required to use our recommended vendors, however you will be held responsible if outside vendors do not adhere to our requirements.

Yes. We require a $250 refundable security deposit to book our venue. The deposit is due 7 business days before your event and will be returned in full provided there is no damage to the building and all items on the clean-up checklist are completed.

Yes, we have a Prep Kitchen with ample cabinet space, 2 sinks and a refrigerator for your convenience.

KITCHEN POLICY: Our prep kitchen is to be used for final food presentation, plating and bussing only. Please note that we do not provide serving utensils and heating elements, pots or, pans.

Because we are a boutique venue with capacity for only intimate gatherings, our parking is limited. However, should you need space for additional vehicles, parking is allowed on the street in front of the venue. All city and state guidelines should be followed to avoid citations and parking is NOT ALLOWED on our grass or in the lots of any of the adjacent businesses. We will not be responsible for towing fees incurred if these guidelines are not adhered to.

For all booked events (apart from photo shoots) your initial retainer consisting of 50% of your total rental fee (not including add-ons/upgrades) is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Because dates are typically booked out months in advance, canceling leaves us with a loss in booking that we are oftentimes unable to fill.

Although booking retainers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, this amount is not lost, but kept on file under the financially responsible person’s name as a credit. This credit can be used (within 1 year) to book another available date at the venue.

Photoshoot retainers are also NON-REFUNDABLE. However, they can be rescheduled. One (1) reschedule is allowed at no added cost, however additional reschedules will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

We are happy to help you reschedule if unforeseen issues arise & you find it necessary to change your event date. One (1) reschedule with retainer transfer is allowed in the event of postponement. Should you need to reschedule more than once, a $100 rescheduling fee will be assessed.

Cleanup & Trash Removal: We do all of the heavy cleaning, once your event is over; but we do ask that all food and trash from the client’s event is disposed of, in the outdoor trash cans on site.

Liability: You are welcome to supply your own food and alcoholic beverages; however, you must complete our liability waiver prior to serving food or alcohol on the premises and we require a licensed bartender to serve all alcoholic beverages.

We work with several bartenders that provide our clients with special rates. Please request our list at the time of booking.
